Newsletter Menschenrechte

The Newsletter Menschenrechte (Human Rights Newsletter, formerly known as the ÖIM-Newsletter) is a scholarly newsletter in German, which covers the current and relevant jurisprudence and developments quickly and in a clear and scholarly well-founded manner.
Starting from 2010 the Newsletter Menschenrechte is published by Jan-Sramek Publishing, Vienna. The periodical has been given a new layout whitout altering the well-proven content.
The Newsletter Menschenrechte provides particularly the following content:
- German translations of all relevant judgments and decions of the European Court of Human Rights concerning Austria, Germany and Switzerland as well as of the most important cases on other Convention states.
- A quick overview on all relevant cases of the European Court of Human Rights.
- The most important case-law of Austrian highest Courts in short version.
- Reliable and citable german translations written by human rights experts.
- Every issue covers the case-law of the two recent months therefore warranting highest actuality.
The Newsletter Menschenrechte is published six times a year. Pleace place your order directly at Jan-Sramek Publishing. Older issues (1992 to 2009) are available at the Austrian Institute for Human Rights.
