Fundamental rights seminar for judgeship trainees
In cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Justice, the Association of Austrian Judges, the European Training Center for Human Rights and Democracy and the Ludwig Boltzmann Institut für Menschenrechte, the Institute has been developing a human rights curriculum for judgeship trainees.
To provide a basis for the training of judgeship trainees, a script has been drafted that explains, clarifies and provides case studies on sensitive issues with regard to fundamental and human rights.
